Early Head Start Child Care Partnership (EHS-CCP) Program
The SCACAP EHS-CCP Program is to engage families with children birth to three to pursue school readiness opportunities and to promote positive relationships for families and strengthen local communities.

Regional Performance and Innovation Consortia (RPIC)
SCACAP (State Association) is charged with T/TA coordination, information dissemination, collaborate with the national CAP, Regional Associations, and other stakeholders participating in the Center of Excellence (COE) – Human Capacity Community Transformation (HCCT) to develop state T/TA plans, assist the convening of state and regional T/TA initiatives.
The Statewide Youth Leadership Program promotes the empowerment of youth through innovative statewide programming, fostering of leadership skills through civic and community engagement, youth leadership education, academic enrichment, life skills training, and supportive relationship building based on the request from selected agencies.
Staff professionals of the Community Action and Head Start Network compete to lose weight to improve the overall health of the network. The concept is centered around the “Biggest Loser,” a reality television show.
