The purpose of this partnership is to create comprehensive strategic plans and information, provide and expand the range of services offer to customers, and to serve as a liaison with state and local governments for members. South Carolina Community Action Partnership (SCCAP) advances the cause of the disadvantaged and those who serve them. It promotes the interest and increases the usefulness of member individuals and member agencies.

South Carolina Community Action Partnership, inc. provides training and technical assistance to enhance the skills, knowledge and capacity of their members. They network with member agencies to provide an expanded range of services for their customers as well as collaborating with other agencies or associations that have similar missions and objectives. SCCAP serves as a liaison with state and federal governments for members to insure that available assistance related to the elimination of poverty can be responsive to local needs and conditions. They advance the cause of the disadvantaged and those who serve them along with promoting the interests and increase the usefulness of member individuals and member agencies.
