The Hub: A SCACAP e-Newsletter

The South Carolina Association of Community Action Partnerships (SCACAP) is a statewide non-profit organization dedicated to helping low-income people achieve economic stability and improve their lives. SCACAP is based in Columbia, SC and is the State clearinghouse, educational, and advocacy hub for Community Action Agencies that provide Head Start, Weatherization, LIHEAP, Housing, and other vital programs in the State serving over 200,000 children, youth, individuals, and families annually. SCACAP is pleased to announce the launch of The Hub, an e-newsletter detailing important events associated with the networks in each volume.
